Endtimes: Are We Living in the Last Days?

What is the meaning of the last days? What is eschatology, pronounced (es-ke-tol-o-je)? Let's take these in reverse order. Eschatology is derived from two Greek words. "Eschatos" (es-ke-tos) meaning last or final. "Logos" meaning study or word. Eschatology is the study of last or final things relating to man's redemption.

The last days is the final period time wise in which the final events unfold. The question receiving almost frenzied attention today is whether or not we are living in the endtimes. While many people have questions, few know what it is or even what questions to ask. Even fewer understand the answers.

Discussions of eschatology pervade the tabloids, TV movies and televangelists sermons. Evening news reports cannot ignore such ear tingling ranting. People want to know their destiny along with that of the world in which they live.

Further, the current wars and rumors of wars, natural disasters including earthquakes, Tsunami's and Katrina floods have many convinced that the final events are upon us. The Modern state of Israel along with 911 plays a role in the drama.

Is it possible to sort through this maze of data and find a clear, logical correct view of the endtime? Is the Bible so marred in its meaning by the murky waters of misinterpretation that we must resort to non-biblical sources and events to explain its contents?

We created this website to help you, the seeker of truth with information and resources to make this journey much easier for you. It will be an exciting, informative and sometimes very challenging ride. However, if you are new to the subject and the perspective presented here you will find hope, confidence and joy in the messages found here and to other resources available to you. The last days message of the Bible alleviates fears versus create it.

Last Days Eschatology will keep you informed through fresh learning materials. You’ll be able to come back often and find something new, not just daily, but even hourly. There are times when several issues are being developed at once. Some or all of these new materials may appear in the same day.

If you’re interested in a better understanding of Revelation, the resurrection of the dead, identifying the Antichrist, and knowing more about the signs of the end, you’ll love this site. The moment you visit any additional pages on this site, you’ll know at once that you’re in another eschatological world. In fact, that’s what eschatology was designed to do, translate you to a new world in which you could experience the power of God more dynamically in your life.

The message of the end times in the Bible is not one of doom and gloom as you hear about often in the news. Such necessarily attended it because of the transitional change it involved. The true message of the final drama is what we have today as a result of the dust settling from the conflagration which occurred in the first century shortly after the Lord and his apostles began to preach that the time was at hand, (Revelation 1:1-3).
